CAR HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RATES INCLUDE:

Unlimited mileage.
Road maps, maintenance, oil and lubrication.
Insurance 3rd party act CY Law.
There are no hidden costs.
DRIVER'S LICENSE AND AGE:
Minimum age 25.
CDW INSURANCE:
The customer can obtain collision protection by purchasing COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER. Cost for groups as follows:
Groups A, B & B1: Cy £4.00 Groups C, C1, D, D1, E & E1: Cy £5.00 Groups F, F1, G1, G2 & G3: Cy £7.00.

Without CDW, and in the event of an accident the customer is responsible for the market value/cost of replacement of the vehicle.
EXCESS:

With CDW a non-waivable charge as indicated on the rental agreement applies in case of any damage.
V.A.T.:

5. V.A.T.: Not included in rates.
TIRES - WINDSCREEN & UNDERBODY:

Are not covered by CDW. Damage to the above can be waived at £1.50 per day.
THEFT PROTECTION:

At £2.00 per day.
ONE/TWO DAY RENTALS:

Surcharge £5.00.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER:

At £1.50 per day.
COLLECTION / DELIVERY:

Paphos: £10.00. Limassol: £10.00
BABY SEATS:

At £1.00 per day.
FUEL:

Not refundable.
TRAFFIC FINES:
Are responsibility of the hirer.
PAYMENTS:

Rental charges are payable in advance.
RATES & CONDITIONS:

Are subject to change without notice.
RESERVATIONS:

Are taken by Group of car and not by model of vehicle.
NOTE: ALL INSURANCE EXCLUDE DAMAGE CAUSED BY OFF ROAD USE OR WITHIN THE AKAMAS NATIONAL PARK. ANY DAMAGE THIS CAUSED WILL BE THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY.
